Day Trips 2019

We organise a varied programme of trips to gardens, shows and nurseries. In May this year we visited National Trust Grey's Court near Henley on Thames to see the magnificent 128 year old wisteria  and in June we spent a very enjoyable day at the David Austin Rose Garden in Albrighton - the Home of the English Rose. You can see pictures from our trips on our picture gallery.

We have one trip remaining this year to National Trust Chartwell in Kent. You can reserve a place and pay for this trip by paying online via PayPal using the links below. If you would prefer to pay by Cheque you can download the application form -

Wednesday 25th September 2019

Chartwell, Kent

A delightful visit to the family home of Winston Churchill. The rooms remain very much as they were when he lived here and the gardens, notably the lakes, kitchen garden and rose walk, reflect Sir Winston's love of the landscape and nature.

The cost is £19 for National Trust members as entrance to the House and Gardens is free and £33 for non National Trust members.

Pick ups: Ruislip (St. Martin's Approach) 9.30am, Ickenham (Coach and Horses) 9.40am, Hillingdon (tube station) 9.45am. Arrive 11.30am (approx), depart 3.45 - 4pm.
